Shipping

All In-stock Bundles will be shipped out within 72 hours of payment processing. As soon as an order is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail provided. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery after tracking numbers are issued. Signature is required for all orders.

For pre-orders, please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

Returns + Refunds

Products must be returned in the same condition as received. This means: both the weft and zip tie must be left uncut. hair must the same length (no cuts of any kind) as it was received. hair must be left in the same color and texture as received.

All returns and return to sender shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.
